Terms of Service

The service

Nudge is a web platform and SDK that delivers interactive, guided walkthroughs inside web applications. By creating an account or installing the SDK you agree to these terms. If you use Nudge on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to them.

Billing

• Nudge is a paid subscription, billed monthly in advance. The current price is shown on the pricing page at checkout.
• Payments are processed by our payment partners (Dodo Payments for international customers, Razorpay for India). We never see or store your card details.
• Every new subscription includes a 7-day money-back guarantee — see the refund policy.
• You can cancel any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep access until then.
• If a renewal payment fails, access pauses until the payment method is updated. Your projects and data are retained.

Acceptable use

• Don’t attempt to breach, probe, or overload the service, or use it to build a directly competing walkthrough product.
• Don’t share API keys publicly beyond what the SDK design requires (publishable keys are meant for your website; secret keys must stay on your servers).
• AI-generated walkthroughs are subject to fair use. We may apply rate limits to keep the service reliable for everyone.

Your content and data

Flows, vocabularies, and projects you create remain yours. You grant us the license needed to store and serve them back to you and your users. Our data practices are described in the privacy policy. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

Warranty and liability

Nudge is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI-generated content is always accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use Nudge after a change means you accept the updated terms.
