Honest answer: the project cap. Free is limited to 3 active projects; Pro removes the cap. Both plans get the same SDK, same walkthrough generation, same quality. We're early — more Pro-only features will roll out over time.
Nothing is deleted. Your existing projects stay readable. You just can't create new ones while you're over the 3-project Free cap — upgrade again to lift it.
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep Pro until the date you'd otherwise be charged. No partial refunds.
Pro is billed monthly per user via Razorpay. Your card or UPI is auto-charged on the same day each month — no surprise upgrades, no seat math.
Razorpay retries automatically over a few days. You stay on Pro during that grace window. If retries exhaust, you drop to Free until you update payment.
